  2. Never heard of ground chili pepper, just ground cayenne pepper. Is this the same? If not, can you get it at grocery store or where? Also, has anyone tried this with ulcers? I bet it will set me on fire and I’ll be vomiting. Thsnks in advance for any replies.

  3. This is a well-known diet drink and it works great except you use 1 T apple cider vinegar in 1 cup hot water with 1/2 fresh squeezed lemon and a pinch of dried cayenne pepper first thing in the morning.

  4. Cathy you are right that is what I was trying apple cidar vinegar, I didn’t add cayenne pepper but I think I will now. I also drink weight loss coffee ( infused with herbs)

  5. I’ll bet the chilli powder will make this diet drink so nasty hot you can’t eat or drink because the chilli powder will put blisters in your mouth and will burn it all to heck and you won’t be able to to eat or drink for a long time, so there for you will loose weight. Lol
