The 5-minute Recipe To Boost Your Immune System

A single dose of it is enough to recover your immune system, and luckily survive this early fall weather when it’s so easy to get cold! It contains garlic, pepper, lemon and honey. That is all that is necessary to match against viruses.

About garlic we all know that it’s a hundred times stronger than the antibiotics in combating viral diseases. The honey, red pepper and lemon also have the reputation, in terms of healing. Together they form a veritable elixir that will set you free from many diseases and cold.

The preparation time of the recipe is minimal – less than 5 minutes. Try it yourself this wonder product, with Natasha Longo nutritionist’s recommendation.

You will need

  • 1 lemon,
  • 1-2 clove of garlic,
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper,
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How to make it?

  • Cut the lemon in half.
  • Remove the juice of one half of the lemon. Keep its remaining shell.
  • Slice the garlic and leave it rest for 10 minutes. Then add the lemon juice, along with the red pepper.
  • Add the honey and mix them thoroughly.
  • Pour back the “mass” you got into the lemon peel and drink it all, along with the fruit fiber.
