5 Great Facial Masks Out of your Fridge

Sometimes our skin needs refreshment, if you have 20 minutes whomp up a nutritious facial mask. If you open your fridge or your kitchen cupboards you’ll see there are plenty of precious ingredients. Use them because they are stuffed with important vitamins for the skin. Relax 15-20 minutes with these facial masks on you (you can also put it on your cleavage if you made too much) and your skin gets full of energy and glowing. If you are ready wash it off with lukewarm water.

  1. Banana mask: squeeze the banana with a fork and add a few drops of honey and a spoonful of natural yogurt. Blend them together and rub it on your face and cleavage.

  2. Apple mask: grate a half apple and add a spoonful of sour cream. Then put it on your face and cleavage.

  3. Facial mask with rice: Blend a handful of cooked rice with parsley and some cream. Put this dollop on your face. (Rice is excellent against ageing. People in the Far East use it for thousands of years in cosmetology).

    Cleanser with rice: Put a handful of rice in cold water and mingle it. After a few minutes filter it; we gonna need this filtered water. With the help of a cotton bud wipe your face in the morning and in the evening. Your skin will be fresh and the vitamins slow down ageing of the skin.

  4. Mask with honey and Aloe Vera: You mix the gel out of the Aloe Vera with a spoonful of honey and rub it on your face.

  5. Pampering mask with chocolate: Melt 2 pieces of dark chocolate on steam. Mix it with a teaspoon of honey and put it on your face.
