I don’t think you have to starve to reach your ideal weight and get fit. These foods I will present you contribute to the process of fat loss. This doesn’t mean if you only eat these you will get automatically rid of fat. You also have to do sports.  Let’s get fit and don’t forget to eat fruit and vegetables besides training.
