- Peel the lemon, and cover the lemon peel with 8 oz (one glass ) of hot water (let it seep for 10 minutes).
- Juice your lemon and pour the lemon juice into the water and add the apple cider or ACV. Sprinkle just a small amount of cayenne pepper onto the top of the water.
- You want just enough to cover the top of the glass with a very thin layer. Stir well before every sip, and consume this drink using a straw.
- After that, drink about half a glass of plain water to wash everything down and clean out the acidity from the mouth.
