It’s coming that time a year again to think about Pumpkin pie. But all those calories and carbs that come with it can throw our diets right into a tail spin. There are some great options for low calorie pumpkin pies.
There are also some great ideas to make it gluten or sugar free. These include no crust pies, using sweetener alternatives or even no flour options. I have given some great examples in previous posts.
You don’t have to give up pumpkin pie just because you are on a diet. You can watch the calories, the carbohydrates and even the sugars or glutens and still enjoy one of the staples of Fall. After all, Thanksgiving wouldn’t be the same.
